This old barn is still standing inside the city limits of our town, not sure what is stored inside it now. The family who owned it is long gone, the property sold. I just noticed recently that the roof looks like it is sagging in the middle. This barn was the place where groups of kids would gather and make floats for the homecoming parades. Remember when they did that? Oh the hours of hay rides and fun we had in that old barn. It has not been kept up by the new owners, sad to see it this way. For more Barn Charm Tuesday go here. |

I imagine it will be pulled down What a shame.
If only those old walls could talk. Great shots Sis!

It's always sad to see these old beauties left to fall down. Nice shots!
The sign is funny, the barn starting to fall apart is not. :(
Definitely a strange sign and the roof is old and failing, but it makes for great pictures. : )
The sign is too funny, but I don't think I'd need that warning to stay out of the barn. It doesn't look very safe at all.
That sign reminds of something from a horror movie of sorts...kinda creepy if you ask me, and I know you do! LOL!
Oh, I would love to see inside all those buildings. Maybe there is a problem with vandalism....
Anyway, reguarding a comment you made on my Pics & Pieces blog on crumb quilts...yes, it is just leftover bits and pieces. You can see one here:
